Faculty Exchange Program
Participants in CIRT faculty exchange programs might do research or teach in a university abroad for a semester, week, or month. A faculty with a variety of cultural backgrounds would be advantageous for CIRT Members, allowing them to exchange ideas and observe alternative methods. A faculty that is diverse is encouraged through the faculty exchange program. This requires time. At a time, one or two instructors. Diverse perspectives, cultures, attitudes, and fashions are urgently needed.
With the aid of CIRT, foreign universities and Indian schools can establish faculty exchange programs. Concepts and ideas will be studied by students in a novel method. Faculty exchanges between international and Indian universities may take place. They'll improve links between universities and increase student attraction and retention.
Host Institution
For a faculty exchange to be successful, CIRT mandates that both foreign universities and Indian schools understand their responsibilities.Host Institution
