CIRT members who are academics and professionals are entitled to compensation for their efforts on the organization's behalf. The CIRT will provide funding to researchers to assist them finish their degrees and enhance their careers. CIRT welcomes contributions from professionals and academics in the form of committee members, editors, reviewers, keynote speakers, session chairmen, editors, senior editorial board members, journal ambassadors, establishing new journals, and proofreaders for journal quality assurance.

While CIRT-affiliated colleges and institutions around the world may request them to speak as a guest lecturer or as a visiting professor, the CIRT offers academics and academicians resources to offer guest lectures and organize workshops with CIRT's help.

CIRT will pay honoraria to editors, keynote speakers, reviewers, and proofreaders of quality control journals. The honorarium will be provided to the author each month. The sole and exclusive form of compensation for experts and academics working with CIRT will be an honorarium.
