CIRT supports engineering workshops and short-term training programs to motivate young engineers, research scholars, and students from various disciplines around the world in order to create the next generation of engaged researchers. Instead than passively listening to a lecture or presentation, participants in a training workshop actively participate in a variety of learning activities.

Through specialized training of junior researchers in the design and technique of engineering workshops, courses, laboratory trials, and protocols, the discovery of novel and creative ideas, research, and current trends in the advancement and development of engineering and technology can be strengthened. Trials and protocols that have a significant translational research component and increase our understanding of emerging engineering technologies are particularly intriguing.

Workshops, classes, and laboratory trials with careful planning enable the funding and resource allocation to be prioritized. Additionally, they assist in the choice and future development of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Smart Cities, Disaster Management, Embedded Systems, Fiber Optic Communication, Nanoelectronics, and VLSI workshops, courses, and laboratory trials that are necessary to improve the success and find solutions to questions that are crucial from a strategic perspective.
